I want to thank your Edmonton Office and Technician. On the night of May 11, 2009 my Rayomax window casing came crashing down. I had my windows and doors installed in 1998. I had noticed one window would come out a bit and had pushed it back in. The Edmonton office sent out a very skilled technician at noon today. Apparently, the casing had never been nailed in. The pins on the awning handles had also come out so I didn’t have a knob on two of the windows. The technician fixed that problem too.

Paying for quality and receiving it back too makes my day.
