Our new windows & doors are the best investment which we have made in our 43 year old home. Unfortunately we had a few mishaps during installation, but Ray-O-Max took care of everything 200%. I can’t say enough about their professionalism when it came to taking care of us, and any of our concerns. When our new windows arrived they were installed fast and perfectly, but there was a problem with them from the factory. They had scratches on the glass caused buy the washer at the factory. Well, with in just a few short weeks Ray-O-Max had replaced all the windows with brand new ones. Bob Ray-O-Max’s tech did an excellent job. One of our doors was defective from the factory, and when Bob discovered this he had it replaced too! Our old windows were aluminum sliders which iced up very badly during winter, and they were not insulated properly around their exterior. We have had no ice problems now when its 30 below, and the new windows are sealed perfectly around their frames. The hardware looks and works great. I looked at every window on the market before making up my mind, and none of them even came close Ray-o-max’s product! Our new windows are worth every cent. You get what you pay for in this world.
