As simple as it sounds, we feel that the craftsmen we employ care a little more, do a little more, and try a little more. The average tenure of any of our valued craftsmen is 7 years with the firm – and some as much as 21 years. As a result, we possess knowledge and experience of doors and windows that is absolutely second to none. We put our experience back into your home.

Manufacturing.

The manufacture of Polar Ray-O-Max windows and doors is truly a labor of love. Not one window or door is built until you place your order. In order to build a product that has a true life-time warranty, energy efficiency and superior performance, it just takes smarter people. From the hand-inlaid Santoprene ™ seals to the galvanized steel hardware reinforcement, to the cleaning of every product before it leaves the plant, we are committed to nothing less than perfection.

Polar Ray-O-Max employs a full manufacturing process that implements no waste and environmentally conscious production initiatives. Every window and door is built to endure the harshest of seasons, optimize energy efficiency, and attain high standards of aesthetic beauty, resulting in true value for each and every one of our clients.

Assessment and Design.

Not all windows are created equal. We are so proud of the manufacturing process that has evolved at Polar Ray-O-Max Windows that we guarantee our windows for life. Of course, that process doesn’t mean much if the windows don’t perform at the highest levels.

This is why our representatives actually take out a compass to assess how your home is situated on the planet at your in-home consultation. We calculate where the Sun is located at varying times of the year, artificial shading, such as large eaves and overhangs on the home as well as trees and other forms of shading. These all affect the amount of direct and reflective solar energy that your home is exposed to.

Installation.

Our Certified Installers are employees of Polar Ray-O-Max. They are true craftsmen who take great pride in their work.

In order for us to maintain our high standards of installation and service, each installer is enrolled in an intensive apprenticeship program. Our installers perform window and door replacements every day, all year round. We provide them with state-of-the-art equipment and fleet vehicles to ensure each job is installed virtually seamlessly.

Service and Warranty.

Through our patented manufacturing processes we have developed a vinyl window that surpasses all others in operational ease, longevity and performance and have removed the usual issues that PVC windows carry.
